Once you make your purchase at IreneBuffa.com, the seller will be notified. The seller will ship the item with a label to our offices for Quality Control and authentication. Buying with us is 100% safe. Shipping times may vary depending on the item, we recommend always reading the product description to be aware of the estimated shipping time. All packages are shipped with Fedex, you will not be charged custom taxes on your international purchase.

For international purchases, you can choose your preferred payment method between:

- Credit or debit card via Stripe.

- Paypal.

- Bank transfer.


We are currently not able to offer installment payments outside Mexico, however, this option will be available soon for our international buyers.

New: new items with no use and original labels.

Excellent conditions: items with little use in perfect conditions.

Good conditions: items with minor signs of use as moderate decoloration, scratches or other signs of minor damage.

In the product's pictures you will be able to see the small signs of use for each product.

You can purchase your favorite items using our layaway system: pay 50% of its value and pay the rest in 30 days. You can use the code "LAYAWAY" at checkout or send us a direct message. Your layaway is not refundable.

Do you wish to resell your purchase? No worries, you can re-sell it on our page immmediatly! Sign in to MY ACCOUNT, MY ORDERS, next to your order information you can find the RE-SELL button.

Remember you have control over your inventory. The items will remain with you until they are sold on our platform. We care about our community, so first you will ship your item to our facility for quality control and then we will ship to the costumer.

Yes! The items you are selling on our platform will stay with you until they are sold. This is one of the many benefits of selling with us. We offer total transparency about your sales and your earnings. We'll provide you with prepaid labels for shipping, so that you do not have extra costs as a seller.

Your item may have been rejected for the following reasons:

  • Bad quality pictures
  • Lack of detailed photos such as details of use, labels.. etc.
  • Your item's conditions of use do not meet the platform's standards
  • We do not accept the model or brand on the platform.
  • Fake item.

In this case, you will receive an email stating the reason why your item was rejected.

Taking you products pictures is easy! Take the photos with your smartphone, choose a spot with good lighting and a neutral background like a white wall. Take pictures of all sides. Please include details photos of: details of use, labels, etc. Upload them to our platform and you are all set!

Congrats! You just sold one of your items. Wait for a confirmation email. You will then receive a prepaid label to ship your item to our facilities, print it and follow the instructions.

You have to print your label/s and place them on your well sealed packages. You can then visit Fedex or call them in order to collect your packages. It is very important that you seal the packages well to avoid any inconveniences!

Digital security: All of the items sold on the platform go through a process of digital authentication. Our sellers are verified with a virtual filter through scanning their IDS. Our quality system verifies the products before approving them.

Physical authentication: Once a product sells on our platform, we first receive the item at our facilities. Our specialized team performs physical authentication and quality control on every item.

Digital authentication: We are verified by Entrupy, the most advanced technology in the industry for digital authentications. With Entrupy we are able to detect a fake item in a few minutes, in which case we will refund the seller immediately. At IreneBuffacom.com, every purchase is treated as the most important one. Once you upload your products to our platform, you will be able to fill your bank information to receive your payments. Your payment will be available in your e-wallet for withdrawal 14 days after the sale.

Log in to MY ACCOUNT to see your e-wallet. That is where you can find your sale balance. Remember your balance will be available for withdrawal 14 days after your item was sold. After this time, you can withdraw your money at anytime. You can also use your e-wallet balance to make a new purchase on the platform. You always get to decide how to use your earnings!

Enter to "MY ACCOUNT" and select "PERSONAL INFO", this is where you will be able to fill your bank account information. Remember to add your bank, account number, full name, full address and SWIFT or ABA code.

Enter the website, click on the option "My Items" and "My Purchases" in the main menu. There you will be able to track real-time details about your purchases and sales!
