Registering at IreneBuffa.com is free. To register, the User must complete all the fields of the registration form with updated and true information ("Personal Data") and assumes the commitment to keep the Personal Data duly updated. At the time of registration, the user will use their email as username and password, or some other means of access that allows the user to be faithfully identified, which will be confidential and their sole responsibility. All information provided by the user must be true and verifiable. In the event that the User is identified through a Social Network or some similar means, the User authorizes IreneBuffa.com to use the public data that appears in their respective Profile or account, as appropriate. The Profile is personal, unique and non-transferable. It is prohibited for the same User to register or have more than one Profile. IreneBuffacom may request proof and/or additional data from Users to verify the veracity and authenticity of their data and the user will be obliged to access this. Likewise, in the event that Users carry out any operation, more information may be requested from the User for security reasons of each operation. Carrying out any operation with false or uncertain data, as well as any irregularity regarding the user's identity that has not been verified and/or verified, will be grounds for IreneBuffa.com to block the operation and/or the User's Profile. The Services are only available to persons who have legal capacity to buy and sell and who can prove it. Minors may not use the services. The minor may only contract obligations with IreneBuffacom through a parent, guardian and/or legal representative with sufficient legal personality to contract obligations with IreneBuffa.com. The User will be responsible for all the operations carried out in his Profile. Delivery Policies
IreneBuffa.com is not responsible for loss, theft or damage caused by the courier company, nor is it responsible for the delay that the courier service may incur once the Item is in its custody. When completing the shipping form, it will be sent to the address indicated by the User in the account portal or to a different address provided by the User, which must be done at the time of confirming the order. Deliveries can be made in parts, within the period indicated at the time of order confirmation, said period will begin to run once the payment is approved. In the event that the product is not delivered within the set period, IreneBuffacom may not be held accountable, the User may contact the IreneBuffacom team, where a document will be issued indicating the status of shipment and in which the reasons of the delay are specified. IreneBuffacom may modify the General Terms and Conditions of this contract at any time, so that the publications of the modifications to this document will be generalized for all holders. Any modification to these will be made when IreneBuffacom considers it appropriate, it being the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that they are aware of such modifications, for which the User is obliged to review these terms and conditions of Use upon entering the Website, to that you are always informed about eventual modifications. The alterations or modifications to these Terms and Conditions will become effective 5 (five) calendar days after their publication on the IreneBuffacom Site, without prejudice to any other means by which IreneBuffacom makes known the modifications or alterations to this document. Once the modifications have been made, it will be presumed that the User who continues to use the Site, request its services, or perform the acts that gave rise to the relationship with IreneBuffacom, will have full knowledge, have read and consented to the amended Terms and Conditions. In the event that the User does not accept the modifications to the Terms and Conditions, within 5 (five) calendar days following the publication of the modifications, the User must communicate by email his refusal to accept said changes; In this case, the contractual relationship will be dissolved and you will be disabled as a User as long as you do not have outstanding debts. Once this term has expired, the User will be considered to accept the new terms and the contract will continue to bind both parties.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SELLERS
By accepting Terms and Conditions, the Seller is aware of the clauses established below.
THE PRODUCTS. The products that will be published on our website are second-hand or new luxury brand pieces. Sellers will store the products and be in charge of their care. The products will be previously reviewed and authenticated by our team. The Seller must provide photographs with a white background and detailed content of the article, in order to enter the product on the platform. Due to these processes, the product will be approved in a maximum of 48 hours. Instagram is an additional promotional tool, so not all products will be uploaded to this platform.
PRICES. The prices paid for the products sold through the mediation of Irene Buffa include the amount of the commission charged by Irene Buffa Vintage to the Sellers in accordance with the sales policies indicated below.
COMMISSIONS SCHEME. IreneBuffa.com will charge a 25% commission for all sales.
PROMOTIONS. When uploading your product for sale on the platform, you can select whether or not you want your product to apply to promotions. By accepting the clause, your product could drop up to 20% in price.
PAYMENTS. Payment will be made after having completed the shipment to the end customer. The amount will be reflected in your e-wallet balance 14 calendar days after the day the sale was completed. When the amount is reflected in your balance, you can withdraw it at any time. Every Friday all payment requests received during the week are processed. Your payment will be reflected the same day.
SHIPPING. The Seller will receive a shipping guide the day the section or the sale of the product is completed, the product will be sent to the offices of Irene Buffa. The piece must be sent clean, in good condition and with all the items included in the consignment description (dust covers, straps, clasps, etc.). The Seller will have three business days to make the shipment. Irene Buffa is in charge of shipping to the end customer, without exceptions.
